Een lichte, onbelaste scheidingswand bestaande uit een dubbel ontkoppeld geraamte in metalen profielen met aan beide zijden twee extreem vochtwerende gipsplaten gipsplaten. In de spouw wordt twee lagen rotswolisolatie voorzien.
